The Vue is a multi-use 97,000 sq-ft project located at 705 State Street in the Historic Downtown District of Bowling Green, drawing inspiration from traditional high-density downtown buildings, with storefronts on the first floor and apartments above.

The Vue provides a mix of modern urban style townhouses, open concept flats, and multi-story open loft layouts with a total of 58 units. The Vue also includes a handful of commercial and retail spaces anchored by a new restaurant, Hickory & Oak.
