Located in the SoDo district of Bowling Green KY, this newly transformed project incorporates 3 existing downtown buildings. Converted from the former Sears & Roebuck structure, The Roebuck contains luxury apartments, retail space and an open patio/event space. Converted from the large show floor, the open patio showcases the original steel structure of the Sears & Roebuck, where the McGann steel stamp is still visible after 70+ years.
