This project is a four-story rehearsal center annex designed to support performance venue, SKYPAC. The building provides dedicated space for practice, preparation, and creative development for a wide range of performing arts.

Inside, flexible rehearsal rooms and support spaces accommodate dance, music, and other performance-based activities, allowing artists and groups to refine their work before stepping on stage. The design focuses on functionality and flow, creating an efficient, modern environment that strengthens the connection between rehearsal and performance.
