This project is a new mixed-use development made up of three buildings arranged around a central outdoor courtyard. Designed by local developers, the goal was to create a space that brings together shopping, dining, and office use in one cohesive environment.

The rear building is a two-story structure with a breezeway running through the center and a balcony along the back. The two front buildings are single-story and designed to house multiple restaurants, helping activate both the street and the courtyard.
